Symptoms

GMS: Submit/Baseline Award Budget concurrent program failed with the following error:

&PROGRAM_NAME : Encountered Oracle error -1422. Refer to Oracle server messages and codes manual.
Report to Oracle Worldwide Support with the message ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
GMS_BUDGET_PUB.BASELINE_BUDGET - While fetching previous version id, when
others exception
Award Budget Submit/Baseline process failed.
GMS_BUDGET_PUB.BASELINE_BUDGET - In when others exception
