Parent Lot Number And Lot Status Information Updatable In Item Lots Form For Organizations That Have 'Default On-Hand Material Status' Parameter Enabled (Doc ID 2100299.1)

Able to update parent lot number and lot number status information from item lot numbers form INVTDILT.fmb for organizations setup with 'Default On-Hand Material Status' enabled.
 
BACKGROUND
 
Recently development created patch 21170476:R12.INV.B to stop situation where you could change lot status related information from lot
numbers form INVTDILT.fmb even though organization parameter 'Default On-Hand Material Status' is enabled. This new issue concerning the
parent lot number field is result of patch application.
  
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Inventory related responsibility navigate to: setup/organization/parameters and confirm that the organization parameter 'Default On-Hand Material Status' has a value.

2. Next, navigate to: On-hand, Availability/Lots

3. Query for a particular lot number or do a Find for any lot number.

4. You find that you are able to update the parent lot number field or change the value of the status field.
