22082101 Unable To Open View In Progress Version (Doc ID 2100373.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Create, Update, Authoring Flow

When attempting to update a published solution and the following error is displayed:

ERROR

You do not have access to view this Solution. Please check your security access level or contact your administrator.

Notes: This error only takes place when updating an existing Solution and clicking Save. If instead the user clicks Preview or Submit, no error is displayed and the Solution can be updated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Knowledge Administrator
(N) Knowledge Management > Knowledge
Click on Update
Change an attribute
Save

The error above is displayed.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update Published Solutions.
