Task UI Is Always Showing In Server Time When It Should Be In Client Time Zone (Doc ID 2100405.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, TASKS

Task UI – Task UI is always showing in Server Time when it should be in Client Time zone

It should be showing in Client Time zone

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. BCI US Field Service Coordinator (or seeded CRM Task Manager) > Tasks > Create New >
2. Select Task Types > Update the descriptive fields > Select a Timezone (Say Eastern) > Select Planned Start Date > Select Planned End Date > save
You will see that the planned start date and planned end date is in Pacific.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the times in their time zone
