CRM Task Manager UI Is Always Showing In Server Time When It Should Be In Client Time Zone (Doc ID 2100405.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, TASKS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Task UI – Task UI is always showing in Server Time when it should be in Client Time zone


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should be showing in Client Time zone

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CRM Task Manager > Tasks > Create New >
2. Select Task Types > Update the descriptive fields > Select a Timezone (Say Eastern) > Select Planned Start Date > Select Planned End Date > save
You will see that the planned start date and planned end date is in Pacific.
