On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

You are attempting to view the Customer Account Details, or Site Details, and receive the following error:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Customers Page
1. Query the Customer
2. Click on Details
