R12.2: Migrating Models With Reference Models Results In Multiple Copies On Target Instance (Doc ID 2100708.1)

When attempting to migrate parent models with reference models, multiple copies of the reference model are appearing on target instance.   After creating a wrapper PTO model which contained all the models and then attempting model migration, an exception occurred.

There are errors in the JRAD document /oracle/apps/cz/runtime/oa/webui/regions/uiXXXX/Page_XXXX_1 and the errors are ORA-01403: no data found
CZ_PB_EXPORT_OA_UI_ERR (SQLERRM=ORA-01403: no data found)
Error in upload of UI schema for publication id : 17485
Fatal publication error, process aborted for publication 17485: ORA-01403: no data found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Configurator Responsibility
2. Concurrent Programs,
3. Select the Migrate Models Concurrent Program,
4. Choose the appropriate parameters,
5. Run the Concurrent Program,
6. Error message is found in the log file.
