Symptoms

Customer is unable to perform Subinventory Transfer in MWA.  Customer receives error 'NO_RESULT_FOUND'

Customer has a period '.' in the Locator and as a delimiter.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MWA telnet session with responsibility Warehousing
2. Attempt Subinventory Transfer
3. See error 'NO_RESULT_FOUND'
