Symptoms

Inventory transaction worker is very slow to process records for serial controlled items.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Consigned PO for serial controlled item and receive the material
2. Navigate to inventory --> Transactions --> Consigned Transactions
3. Do "Transfer to Regular" transaction for the item 
4. INV transaction worker is very slow
