Symptoms

When a user attempts to click on invoice distributions button, the following error occurs:

APP-SQLAP-97731: The system cannot generate distributions because tax calculation failed due to the following error:
A mandatory constraint to generate unique summary tax line is violated with error ORA-00001. Please contact your System Administrator.
