Symptoms

Shipping Methods are not defaulting in Internal Sales Orders.
When we create Internal Sales Orders with Source Organization as XXX and Destination Organization as YYY,The Shipping Method is not getting Defaulted.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect shipping method to be defaulted on the sales order line.
