Unable To Search By Wave Number In WMS Control Board (Doc ID 2101096.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When trying to search for outbound tasks using Wave Number in WMS Control board, wave number is not found. Wave Dashboard clearly shows wave in question is a released (Warning) wave. Some of the lines have backorderd, but other released successfully. This issue only happens when the wave is in status Released (warning).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to query by Wave Number, and see released lines, in which tasks were created, even if the wave is in Released (warning) status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Warehouse Control Board.
2. Click on Outbound tab and enter the wave number into the Wave Number field that was created and released (warning) in the Wave Workbench.  
3. Wave number is not found.
