Symptoms


Account Analysis Drilldown web page does not display the negative amount for the summary account balance.
<Patch 18991435> :R12.GL.B was applied already. 
Issue is seen even when there is no Personalizations


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that all accounts with balance to be displayed when using the web page drilldown functionality
