Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, Suitability Matching

Find when the employee is trying to view their Personal Proficiency Ratings nothing is appearing in the column. But, when the manager views the information for the same employee, the information is displaying correctly.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee Self-Service
2. Suitability Matching
3. Find a Work Opportunity
4. Click Start
5. Select Assignment
6. Click Graph
7. Personal Proficiency Level is missing
8. Manager Self-Service
9. Suitability Matching
10. Find a Person for a Work Opportunity
11. Click Start
12. Enter a Position
13. Check Direct Reports Only and Continue
14. Select Graph next to the employees name
15. Personal Proficiency is listed
