Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Create Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
New task type added is not listed in the service form CSXSRISR

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to see the newly defined task type in Service Request Task Tab Task Type LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. New task type is added in the

Service --> Setup--> Task Management --> Task Type
2. Open Create Service Request form and create SR
3. Navigate to task tab
4.Click on Task Type LOV
