ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The status diagram does not display for the Workflow Administrator responsibility.

After recent patching, the status diagram no longer displays from the Workflow status monitor screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The status diagram to be displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query a Workflow Item in process via the Status Monitor.
2. Click on the Status Diagram.
3. The status diagram does not display.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the workflow status diagram for Workflow items in process.
