Out XML Profile GLOG Not Honoring Integration Preferences (Doc ID 2101814.1)

Symptoms

The outxml profile GLOG do not honor user preferences on conversions

Trying to complete Tenders with the External System Integration with OTM, that converts the Time, the UOM , the weight and the Volume.
However when completing Tenders, there is a problem getting the Time, the UOM , the weight and the Volume converted.

When the Tender XMl is sent from OTM the output shows that the conversion have not taken place

For Example the Integration Preference within the User Preference containing the following:

For Time zone - PST (Anytime stamp sent on XML should convert to PST)
For weight - LB (Anything should be converted to LB. In this case, instead of KG, LB has to be sent and weight has to be converted to corresponding LB)
For volume - CU FT (Anything should be converted to CU FT. In this case, instead of CBM, CU FT has to be sent and volume has to be converted to corresponding CU FT)

Note: if something is sent from EST at 2 PM the requirement should show as 11AM PST, and same with the weight, volume and UOM
