Payroll Register Shows 0.00 Gross Earnings For PR Employees With Enhanced Wage Accumulation

On : 12.1.3 version, US Payroll Reports - General

Payroll Register showing Gross Earnings and Gross Pay as 0.00 for Puerto Rico employees when enhanced wage + accumulation is turned on.

When the Enhanced Wage accumulation is turned on, Payroll Register doesn't show Gross Wages or Gross Pay in the report.
This appears to be happening because the Gross is being pulled from FIT gross balance and Puerto Rico employees doesn't have any FIT Gross earnings as they are exempt from FIT wages.

Expect the employees in Puerto Rico to show Gross Wages on the Payroll Register
