Symptoms
ISSUE CLARIFICATION
===============
On Applications upgraded from 11i to R12.2.4
When attempting to , the following error occurs.

1) APP-FND-00798: Invalid reference JA_IN_REGIMES in value set attached to segment Tax Type.
2) Test of value set JA_IN_TAX_TYPES failed with following error message :
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
select tax_type_code VALUE , tax_type_name DESCRIPTION , tax_type_id from jai_tax_types where rownum=1

Value set Should complete normal
-- Steps
=======
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1.There is problem with value set JA_IN_TAX_TYPES.
It is currently used in a descriptive flexfield segment as a value set and on compilation of the same, we are getting below error-
2. APP-FND-00798: Invalid reference JA_IN_REGIMES in value set attached to segment Tax Type.
