Post Actual Termination date the PF, Professional tax, ESI and LWF elements errors with divide by zero

On : 12.1.7 version,India Payroll

When attempting to run Quickpay/Payroll  for terminated employee,
the following error occurs.

Divide by zero at line 137 of IN_PF_CALCULATION

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Terminated on 31-Jul-2015
2. In Employee Termination Screen :
a) Selected End of Contract Term in leaving reason field
b) Entered Projected and Notified date as ""01-jul-2015""
c) Actual Termination Date as 31-Jul-2015 and LSP as 31-Jul-2015 and Final
Process Date as 01-Aug-2015
d) Selected Terminate button
3. Processing Quickpay for terminated employee:Attach Non Recurring Element
a) Employees -> Enter & Maintain -> Assignments -> Others -> Quickpay
b) Date Paid & Date Earned = '01-Aug-2015'
c) Save & Select "Start Run"
4) Getting Error status in Status field
5) View Run Message - Showing "Error Occurred during formula execution" -
Divide by zero at line 137 of IN_PF_CALCULATION

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unable to process Salaries for Ex-employees.
