User is not able to view AR transaction after changing the user preferences language.
1. Log onto the application
2. Changed the USER preferences to German language
3. Navigate to Transactions > Transactions
4. Query an invoice
5. The invoice is not returned, but this same invoice can be queried in a different Language
User created folders on ARXTWMAI_HEADERS
