Goal

The database has corrupted objects PJI_FP_TXN_ACCUM_HEADER and PJI_FP_AGGR_PJP1. These objects need to recreated.
It is in no logging mode. 

Why has development created these objects explicitly as a NO LOGGING?

Is it safe to turn on logging on these seeded objects and will it impact other applications?
