Error When Updating A Descriptive Flexfield Segment Value For an LPN: Unexpected error occurred, Please check the log. (Doc ID 2102420.1)

Updating a value of any segment for the LPN Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) gives an error and no data is possible to update.
There is no error when the LPN is generated and DFF is saved.
The issue only occurs when the LPn DFF segments are being updated in mobile applications.

Unexpected error occurred, Please check the log.

1.Log in to Mobile interface
2. Navigate to Whsmgmt > Warehousing > Update > LPN
3. Query any LPN which is in picked status ( sales order picked)
4. Update the DFF for the LPN changing any value on any of the segments
5. Submit the transaction and see the error
