[Data Fix] WIP_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE (WMTI) Move Transactions Stuck In Pending Status Without Being Processed (Doc ID 2102653.1)

Symptoms

 WIP - Oracle Work in Process, Move Transactions, all releases.

 

Symptoms: The system is not able to process move transactions. Move transactions are stuck in Pending status. Pending Move Transactions form is not allowing to resubmit. Move Manager is up and running.

 

Steps:

  1. [R] Work in Process
  2. [N] Move Transactions > Pending Move Transactions (form)
  3. Query for all pending move transactions
  4. All pending move transactions are stuck in Pending status (not Error)
  5. The form doesn't allow resubmitting these records. (the records are greyed out and not allowing updating)
