AGIS - Advanced Global Intercompany System
Attempting to enter a Recipient Account for an AGIS transaction. User is getting the following two error messages:
1. A transaction account definition identified by code XXXXFUN and owner User could not be found in the context Default. Please use an existing transaction account definition.
2. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that: The Transaction Account Builder batch processing failed.
The transaction account builder interface has been cleared Please check the messages above for further information. The error occurred in the function fun_xla_tab_pkg.run.
Originally a Transaction Account Definition (TAD) was defined and setup for the ledger used by the Recipient Accounts.
In this case, per the error message above, the TAD definition was named XXXXFUN.
It was assigned to the ledger in the Accounting Setup Manager, Intercompany Accounts page, Transaction Account Definition field.
It was then removed from the ledger by deleting the entry. The TAD XXXXFUN was also then disabled.
