WMS Control Board Does Not Show Customer Column For Some Users

In the Warehouse Manager responsibility I go to:
Inquiry -> Warehouse Control Board
I check the box for the following statuses:
Unreleased, Pending, Queued, Dispatched, Active and Loaded
In Source section I select : Outbound
when I click on "Find", it returns us the information, but the 'Customer' column is empty.
This happens for some users. For the other users it works fine.
Is there a solution or workaround for this?
