How is the "Elections Made" Date on the Enrollment Opportunities Form > Dates tab Populated? (Doc ID 2102814.1)

It is suspected that the Elections Made date is inaccurate for employees making annual enrollment selections.

Some employees have claimed that they have enrolled however their Elections Made date is showing the date we defaulted them into the default elections.

Employees would not have been able to enroll on that date since that is the date we were running the participation process.

Does the date become populated when the default elections are applied?
