Internal Error When Attempting to Open a Store Link in iProcurement

On :  12.1.3 version, Catalog Shopping

When attempting to open a store, the following error occurs:

"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.  Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything your might have done that may have caused the error.  More information about this error may available in the server error log."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into iProcurement

2. Click on any 'Store' link.
