Error trying to use button 'Use Existing Person' when a new contact person is created (Doc ID 2102965.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Data Quality Management

While trying to create a new contact on site level on communication tab, when clicking on Use Existing Person the following error appears:

This issue appears to all customers and for all contacts which already exist on customer's system.

You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
- The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Home to proceed.

1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
2. Navigation: Customers > Create/Maintain Customers
3. Query customer ABC and click on account details > select the site and click on site details > Communication tab > Create contact
4. Populate the First Name Melanie and Last Name Weber
5. Click on Focus for Melanie Weber > click on focus > Use Existing person and the error appears
