Symptoms

When creating a 'Flex Field Definition' with 'Field Type': 'FlexPickList', the 'Screen Set ID' field is not visible in the 'Manager Layout' section.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Configuration and Administration, User Configuration, Flex Field Definition
2. Press New
3. Select Field Type: 'FlexPickList'


The 'Screen Set ID' field is not visible in the 'Manager Layout' section.
