Lot Is Not Available for Allocation in the Transact Move Order Form (Doc ID 2103052.1)

After creating a move order and pressing the Allocate button in the Transact Move Order form (INVTOTRX), see the lot number does not appear in the Lot Entry form.

Expect to be able to allocate lot.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Inventory
2. Navigate to: Move Orders > Transact Move Orders
3. Try to find lot.
