ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to use % to search for Sales Agreement numbers

In release R12 the Sales Agreement Organizer doesn’t allow to use the % character to search for Sales Agreement numbers.
In R11i it worked as expected.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to use the % to search Sales Agreement Numbers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate to Order Management Super User Responsibility:

1. Go to Sales Agreement Organizer,
2. Query on "Sales Agreement Number" 103%
3. Find,
The record returns without error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to search Sales Agreement Number with % character.
