Multiple Employments with same PPS Number > Issues with P35 being rejected. (Doc ID 2103147.1)

We create a new employee instead of using Rehire.

This leads to > 1 employee record with the same PPS Number.

This in turn leads to multiple records appearing on the P35 XML Report for the same person.  

 The Irish revenue do not accept employees appearing on the file more than once and have instructed us that our payroll software should amalgamate employee figures into one, should they be employed more than once in a tax year.

From a HCM perspective, we have two records for them with different employee numbers but the same PPS number.
