UMX Reset Password And Password Change In SSWA Preferences Fails After Applying EBS Patches For Access Manager Integration. (Doc ID 2103171.1)

Symptoms

As part of a upgrade to Oracle Access Manager, for Single Sign-on use, patch 13559636 has been applied.


After application of this patch the UMX Password Reset functionality and SSWA Preferences password changes is not available with the following error.


Error:
Your password cannot be changed because it is not managed through Oracle Applications. Contact the system administrator to reset your password.

Patch 13559636 "E-BUSINESS SUITE 11i CODE CHANGES FOR ACCESSGATE RELEASE 1.1.x" upgrades FND_SSO_MANAGER (fndssos.pls) to version 115.12.
