Goal

Why the Performance Management tasks are not appearing in Manager Self Service responsibility for a new Main Appraiser?
The new main appraiser is part of the Performance Management Plan.

The scenario is as below:
The Main Appraiser for an appraisee is no more the HRMS supervisor and the appraisee has been assigned to a new HRMS supervisor.
Later, the plan was republished with "Reevaluate Plan Population".

Now, the requirement is that the appraisal needs to be done by the old supervisor as the employee spent most of his appraisal period with the old manager.
Though the Change Main Appraiser functionality was used to change the Main Appraiser from the current new HRMS Supervisor to the old Main Appraiser,
the old main appraiser now cannot see the plan in the "Performance Management Task List" home page.

He can only review (read only) the appraisal through the notification he received from Change Manager functionality.
