ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After a Reusable Requirement list is created for an RFQ, the Acceptable Values for the list are not available during RFQ creation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the RFQ Reusable Requirement list displays Acceptable Values during RFQ creation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Reusable Requirement List and add Acceptable Values.
2. Add the requirement list to the RFQ.
3. Check the Acceptable Values.
   The values are missing from the reusable requirement list.
