Symptoms

When attempting to create a requisition,
the following error occurs.

STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Requisition in iProcurement.
2. Submit for approval.
3. Approver requests for additional information and item codes changes to the preparer.
4. Preparer gets the notification and edits the lines in iProcurement.
5. Preparer enters all the required project information.
6. Preparer clicks on Submit button on iProcurement webpage.
7. The page gets popped up with error : You Have Encountered An Unexpected Error.
