Symptoms

When attempting to run the PRC: Create Account program,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
'The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency. Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry
lines.'

Also ran query from Doc ID 1900035.1 which returned records.
