Unable To Update Contract Terms If Contract Source Is Attached Document

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Contract Terms Authoring find that it is not possible to update contract terms if Contract Source is Attached Document

Creating an RFQ , in the contract terms section,  if a contract template is not applied and instead Contract Source is an Attached Document,   and no Primary Contract Document has been uploaded,  there is no way to remove or change or apply a new template or a new document.

Expected Behavior:
Expect to be able to change or remove the uploaded document or add a contract template to the new RFQ or PO.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 Navigating to Sourcing
2. Create an RFQ
3. Apply a template
4. Save as draft
5. Click on Contract Terms on the left
6. Update Contract Details
7. Contract Source > Attached Document
8. Apply
9. Cannot apply a contract template nor remove the uploaded document
10. Click on Review
11. Go to Contract Terms Tab
12. Click on update
Takes the user back to the previous screen where there is no place to remove the attached document or add terms

Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot remove attached docs.
