Symptoms

Journal posting is running but not completing. When viewing the log from the running posting programs the following is displayed in the log:


The posting program is not completing.
This is occurring for all posting programs that are being submitted.

It is also noted that at the same time that Journal Posting is seeing this issue that the  Account Payables Open Interface Import interface program is running for an extended time having performance issues.
