Symptoms

On the Oracle Projects Workplan the Actual Costs amount does not appear on some tasks

It is possible the rollup task amounts are also not correct or the planned cost amounts.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle Projects > Workplan > Tasks > Update Tasks
2. Select Task 4 > Resources tab > Check the Actual
