QP_Modifiers_PUB.Process_Modifiers Is Not Working In R12 When Assigning a Value for the Start Date (Doc ID 2104541.1)

On : 12.2.3 version, Modifiers Setup only

 QP_Modifiers_PUB.Process_Modifiers is not working in R12 , It was working fine in 11i

 We are using QP_Modifiers_PUB.Process_Modifiers api to create the modifier, modifier line and a pricing attribute record,
 it is returning success after executing the script but there is no record inserted in the modifier. Please check and let us know
 how to resolve this asap.
 
 The issue is in Production and a high priority issue.


ERROR

'The date range of the modifier line must be within the date range for the modifier list.'

We have defined the modifier with start date as 15.02.2016 and passing the line active date as the same.
