Using the Configure to Order (CTO) process flow where after the BOM is configured, the program 'AutoCreate Configuration Items' is run to generate the * item.
Based on the sourcing rule setup, the program 'Import Price Catalog' (POXPDOI) is spawned to generate ASL and BPA entries for the configured * item.
Finding that POXPDOI is always ending in error when launched from 'AutoCreate Configuration Items':

1. Create CTO sales order in Order Management
2. Configure the BOM
3. Book the Order
4. Navigate to Bill of Material responsibility. Run the program 'AutoCreate Configuration Items'
5. The above program launches 'Import Price Catalog' which ends in error
