ACA Phase 2 1095-C Forms Part 1 is Missing Contact Information and Errors: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught (Doc ID 2104588.1)

Symptoms


After applying ACA Phase 2, the PDF is not printing the Contact information on Form 1095-C and the following error is received.


Exception in running report oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE = oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError, msg=Java heap space;

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single  Request.
3. Submit the Benefits ACA Archive Process and then submit the Benefits ACA 1095C Print Report.
