When attempting to reconcile a Cashflow against a Statement Line

Error received:
APP-FND-01206: This record already exists.
You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record.

Steps
------
Navigate CE responsibility=>Bank Statement and Reconciliation=> Query the statement=>Lines
Click On available button
Attempt to Reconcile
