Symptoms

When click Non-Catalog Request tab(iPro(T)Shop->Non-Catalog Request), the following error happens

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: Initialization failed

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open iProcurement(T)Shop->Non-Catalog Request
  2. Unexpected Error occurs
