Getting the message 'A statement header with this number already exists for this bank account' on manual entry or statements get stuck in the Cash Management interface saying that the statement already exists.
Very good that there is a check on duplicate statement numbers, but banks do restart the numbering each and every year.
So the check should be within one year and not over the years. Oracle should allow statement number 1 for 04-JAN-2016, when statement number 1 already exists for 02-JAN-2015.
