Goal

A prepayment invoice is created with withholding tax.  It is validated and applied, and an invoice is automatically created for the tax authority .  A standard invoice is also created with withholding tax, and it is validated.  So, another invoice is automatically created for the tax authority.  Then, the prepayment is applied to the standard invoice.  Is a credit memo automatically created for the tax authority?
