Requisitions Do Not Load On The 'Edit and Submit Requisition' Page (Doc ID 2105011.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Requisitions do not load on the 'Edit and Submit Requisition' page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Requisitions load on the 'Edit and Submit Requisition' page.

STEPS
-----------------------

Two ways

1) Upon returning from Shopping (Punch-Out), the requisition lines won’t load on the “Edit and Submit Requisition” Page (/oracle/apps/icx/por/req/webui/EditSubmitPG). The “Loading…” status in the middle of that page never goes away and the requisition lines never loads.

   - The “Save” button will save the requisition.
   - The “Submit” button will submit the requisition,
   - Cannot Edit requisition lines.

2) From the Shopping Home page, can see shopping cart on the left, and by clicking on on “View Cart and Checkout” button, the application will show the detail lines.
    Click on the Edit button, the application redirects to the Edit and Submit able and the same problem exists.
