Duplicate SHIP_TO Location Showing in the Sales Order List of Values (LOV) (Doc ID 2105072.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
For a certain customer in the Sales Order form, there are duplicate values for the SHIP_TO locations.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The same is not seen under the customer primary setup.

STEPS
1. Via the Order Management Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns > Find Orders/Quotes
3. In the Ship To Location List of Values (LOV) there are 2 values for 016362 location.
