On : 12.2.4 version, Project Initiation
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In R12.2.4 once the project is created it will go for approval through workflow and in the case that the project is rejected, the status of the project is not changing to rejected and is still showing as submitted. (The status is changing to rejected once the user terminates the notification, this was not this case in 11i - as the status use to change once the user rejects the project)
